A single, focused 50-minute virtual session designed to help you regulate, recalibrate, and return to yourself when life feels like more than your nervous system can hold.

Each session is fully responsive to what your nervous system needs that day. Sessions may include a blend of:

This work is rooted in how the nervous system actually changes. While some people notice subtle shifts early on—such as increased awareness, moments of calm, changes in sleep or appetite, or the resurfacing of previously held emotions—meaningful and lasting nervous system repatterning typically takes at least 12 weeks.
Neuroscience shows that creating new neural pathways and reshaping conditioned responses requires consistent, repeated experiences over time. This is why the 3-month container is considered the minimum for foundational change, while longer containers often support deeper integration, stability, and sustainability.

Most clients spend about 1.5–2 hours per week engaged in this work.

No. While the work is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system science, this is somatic sex coaching and education, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
The focus is on embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, consent, and somatic skill-building—not diagnosis, treatment, or pathology.

Not at all. Many clients come to this work feeling disconnected, unsure how to “be in their body,” or overwhelmed by previous modalities.
Everything is paced, explained, and adapted to your capacity. There is no expectation to already “know how” to feel, regulate, or access sensation.

This work is especially attuned to people who experience dissociation, shutdown, or nervous system collapse. Sessions are slow, titrated, and consent-centered, with an emphasis on safety, orientation, and resourcing.
Nothing is forced. You are always in choice and your nervous system leads the way.
